Alert Level 2 is in effect from 11.59pm on Tuesday 7th September 2021.
This means we can hold funeral services with up to 50 people attending.
People are permitted to view the deceased and attend the burial or cremation.
Attendees must wear a face covering and either scan in using the COVID Tracer App, or provide their contact details before entering any facility
Our advice to families who experience a bereavement during this period is to contact us so we can present them with options that best suit their situation.

We have clear COVID-19 signage throughout our facilities
We provide adequate hand-washing supplies
We provide adequate supplies of hand sanitizer, tissues and bins for disposal
We operate a documented sanitizing process
that ensures facilities are cleaned after each use
We use a Contact Tracing Register that is completed
for all arrangements, viewings and funeral services
Our maximum room occupancy has been defined and is displayed publicly to ensure people can maintain a minimum distance of 1m apart
We advise people to stay away if they are unwell
We respectfully ask you to:
Wear a mask whilst in our facility
Use the COVID Tracer App or provide your contact details every time you visit the funeral home for a viewing, religious/cultural ritual, or service and please bring your own pen
Practice good personal hygiene – please use the provided hand sanitizer and tissues
Follow the appropriate Alert Level physical distancing rules
Please do not attend if you feel unwell
